	April 2013 - Riva completes implementation with large U.S. utility Riva announces the successful delivery—on time, and on budget—of the asset investment planning project at the Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission (WSSC).


	April 2013 - Riva Version 4.3 released Riva is pleased to introduce version 4.3 of its product suite. This version makes existing functionality easier to use and extends the scope of what Riva can do to handle even more advanced asset management tasks.


	April 2013 - Riva partners with Vesta Riva has formed a strategic partnership with Vesta, as we seek to align closely with SAP, and bring significant value to their clients. Riva has been working with SAP clients over the past seven years to provide PSAB compliancy for their asset portfolios and asset management plans for future capital works. Riva has successfully integrated to various SAP modules, and is SAP Netweaver Certified. 	January 2013 - Riva welcomes new VP, Sales & Marketing Rob Corazzola has joined the Riva management team as Vice President of Sales and Marketing. Educated and certified as a civil engineer, Rob has 30 years’ experience in leadership roles in local government and the private sector. He has worked at Hansen, SAP, and Microsoft.


	December 2012 - Riva expands footprint at City of Toronto The City of Toronto, Parks, Forestry and Recreation department has selected Riva for its AMS (Asset Management Plan). The Riva solution will provide a consolidated view of all PF&R’s assets and enable an integrated GIS viewer accessing the City’s Esri Geodatabase. The solution includes integration with SAP PM and RE and an ability to populate PF&R’s current or future WMS (Work Management System) with all assets.


	November 2012 - City of Kitchener goes live Riva is pleased to announce the successful delivery and go-live at the City of Kitchener, in partnership with Prior & Prior. Riva implemented its DS (Decision Support) solution to help strengthen the City’s asset management processes.


	October 2012 - Riva wins first Australian project ActewAGL has engaged Riva Modeling Inc., and gViz, Riva’s Australian Reseller, to implement an automated Asset Management Plan generation system. About ActewAGL: ActewAGL is the electrical distribution and transmission utility for the Australian Capital Territory (ACT). It began in 1915 with the Kingston Power House, which supplied electricity for Canberra's water supply at the Cotter Dam. Over the years, ActewAGL has grown and changed with the needs of the city.


	September 2012 - Users Group Meeting The 2012 Riva Users Group Meeting (UGM) in Toronto provided our customers with a great opportunity to learn and share. It was the first time our conference ran for two days, and users put the extra time to good use with demonstrations of new features and solutions, workshops to set the direction for future development and detailed, 'hands on' training. With over 20 attendees from across North America, it highlighted the energy and excitement emerging in asset management. The Calgary UGM runs in early October for customers on the West Coast.


	September 2012 - Region of York Selects Riva for Environmental Services The Region of York has selected Riva DS for use in their Environmental Services Department. They will be using Riva to make optimized decisions for infrastructure inspection, rehabilitation and replacement based on lifecycle analysis and deterioration modeling.


	August 2012 - Riva officially SAP certified SAP AG granted SAP NetWeaver certification to Riva Modeling Systems.


	July 2012 - Riva Awarded Million Dollar Contract by Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission for Asset Investment Planning Riva is pleased to announce their selection to provide the Asset Investment Planning solution for the Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission. 	June 2012 - Burlington Selects Riva DS The City of Burlington has selected Riva DS to build its capital investment forecast. This project is following up on its successful implementation of Riva Enterprise Inventory for PSAB Reporting. It will leverage the enterprise inventory to build a complete forecast for all assets owned by the City.

	March 2012 - Region of Peel Financial Forecasting Riva has been selected with our partner Hemson Consulting to provide a financial forecasting solution for the Region of Peel. This innovative solution will use the power of Riva to forecast expenditures and revenues for the Region. Riva will allow the Region to evaluate various scenarios and determine the best policies for revenue and investment.


	February 2012 - Burlington Asset Settlement Goes Live The City of Burlington is the first community to implement Riva's new asset settlement solution. This powerful, easy-to-use solution bridges the gap between asset accountants and project managers, ensuring the costs from complex capital projects are allocated appropriately to tangible capital assets.


	January 2012 - Calgary Corporate Asset Registry Goes Live The City of Calgary has completed the first phase of automating TCA compliance, by implementing Riva AR and EI to create a Corporate Asset Registry. The goal is to complete the automation of all city departments within the next three years. The first department to go live was the City's IT business unit, and the successful generation of a full TCA load for IT assets from source systems (Remedy, Smallworld and Riva AR) to Peoplesoft's Asset Management financial system. This was accomplished via a newly developed generic XML loading interface that can be ported to any ERP consumer.
