maintenance management systems, GIS, spreadsheets and corporate
warehouses to pull in asset inventories. It applies your best
practices to build a plan for sustaining those assets for the
next 30 to 100 years. This includes forecasts of costs,
condition, service level and risk. It then provides the tools
you need to fit your recommended work plans into your actual
budget and see the effect that has on condition, service level
