A Path to Eliminate Spreadsheet Dependency
In meeting PSAB Standard 3150 requirements, the City of Burlington found it unsustainable to continue capturing and maintaining its vast inventories in spreadsheets. And while the financial system provided some of the automation required to save time and reduce errors, there was still considerable dependence on spreadsheets.
With Riva, the City of Burlington found a quick and easy way to automate the flow of information between the various source systems and their financial system, thereby eliminating the dependency on spreadsheets and their inherent risks.
